Marinedi Group expresses solidarity with the Ukrainian People

"The Marinedi Group, in an effort to affirm its aversion to all forms of violence and reaffirming its deep belief in the principles of freedom, civil coexistence and democracy, intends to express its solidarity with the Ukrainian People. For this reason in all the Marines of the network will be hoisted:

• the Ukrainian flag, in solidarity with this people who are experiencing a real humanitarian tragedy
• The flag of the European Community, to emphasize the founding ideals of the EU and by Marinedi Group shared
• the Italian flag, as an implied reference to Article 11 of the Italian Constitution, which states, "Italy repudiates war as an instrument of offense against the freedom of other peoples"

In addition, as long as the current status persists, Russian-flagged crews transiting through the Group's marinas will be given a message, written in Russian, Ukrainian, English and Italian, in which solidarity with the Ukrainian people and aversion to all forms of violence will be reiterated, totally at odds with the philosophy of the Group, which was founded in 2013 and to date is the leading network of marinas in the Mediterranean, with about 6,000 berths in 14 operating bases, united by a single modus operandi."
