Marina of Villasimius nominated for the "Cobat and the Sea" award.

We are extremely proud to inform you that the Marina of Villasimius has been selected among the finalist marinas selected as part of the "Cobat and the Sea" competition, promoted by the Cobat consortium in collaboration with Legambiente and Leonardo Multimedia and focused on finding the most virtuous Italian marina from the point of view of environmental protection.

The strict selection and award criteria involved a careful analysis of the tourism sustainability of the facilities involved, the maintenance of good practices for the protection of the territory, as well as an evaluation of the supply of services, hospitality and enhancement of the territory and its characteristic productions.

Our Marina in Villasimius, included in the framework of the Marinedi Network, was, on this basis, among the finalist facilities in the competition. This recognition can only make us proud of the work done so far within the environmental issues just mentioned, which we have always considered of paramount importance. Such a result obviously spurs us to continue on the same path with further conviction.

The final selection and subsequent official award ceremony will take place in Milan, next June 5, 2015, as part of the Expo in the HALL of 100 at Cascina Triulza at 12 noon
